We match people based on personality, shared values, social preferences—not bios. When you submit a request, we pair you with someone compatible and aligned with you. It’s thoughtful, not random.

Yes. Safety is a core part of the MeetCue experience. Every user is ID-verified before booking a meetup, and venues are notified when a MeetCue reservation is placed. After your date, you will be able to share your experience, helping us maintain a respectful and trustworthy community. If something feels off, our reporting system makes it easy to flag issues discreetly.

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel up to 3 hours before your scheduled date in the app. We also send reminders and ask for confirmation ahead of time to avoid confusion.

But ghosting a confirmed date affects real people and real businesses. If you don’t show up without canceling:

• 1st offense: 7-day account pause

• 2nd offense: 14-day account pause

• 3rd offense: Permanent removal from MeetCue
